Just a thought with the amount of people (myself included) pasting messy links why not have a thread of step by step instructions for us thickies. Additionally some people do not know how to paste images and the like so perhaps a post on that would help too???

There is an option called FAQ just above your profile, this provides step by step guides to all your above questions...
Oh and Sticky and Announcements can only be done by Mods and Admins.
EDIT: Sorry to get specific help, if you click on the BBCode option to the left, below the smilies when you post you will find the help you need.
